- Tue, 27 Oct – 11:00 27.10. - 11:00
- Espai LaGranja, Burjassot
The workshop Taller iniciación técnica LABAN, directed by Paula Quintas, is aimed at multidisciplinary artists, stage artists, dancers, theatre performers, performers, musicians, and creators who wish to expand their knowledge in a new somatic and musical language. The proposal is based on the Laban Technique as a fundamental tool for improvisation, movement analysis, and the integration of body and mind. Through a coded system that transitions from formal structure to embodiment, it delves into the qualities of movement and rhythm to provide interpreters and creators with resources that transcend stereotypes. The method offers a rigorous framework for exploration centered on the study of the body in relation to space, energy management, and global physical awareness.
