By accessing or using buzzing.events ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
buzzing.events is an automated event aggregator that collects publicly available and promotional information from third parties (event organisers, venues, and ticketing platforms). buzzing.events is not the organiser, promoter, or responsible party for any event listed on the website.
buzzing.events accepts no responsibility for event cancellations, schedule changes, venue changes, price variations, or line-up alterations. Users must verify information directly with the official event organiser.
3. Tickets and Purchases
Ticket purchases take place entirely on third-party platforms. buzzing.events is not involved in any financial transactions, ticket issuance, invoicing, or right of withdrawal, all of which are governed exclusively by the conditions of the final seller.
4. User Accounts
You may create a free account to save favourite events, follow venues, and subscribe to newsletters. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. buzzing.events reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts used for fraudulent activity, spam, or automated scraping (bots).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited actions include (but are not limited to): scraping content without permission, submitting false or misleading event information, attempting to interfere with the operation of the Service, and violating any applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property and Copyright Takedown
The buzzing.events brand, logo, website design, source code, and original content are the exclusive property of their owners. Event information may be sourced from third-party websites and venues; all third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
buzzing.events aggregates publicly available information, press materials, and promotional images solely to promote and share cultural, social, and entertainment events. We respect the intellectual property rights of creators, organisers, venues, and photographers.
Notice and Takedown: If you believe any material published on buzzing.events infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please send an email to copyright@buzzing.events including: (1) identification of the protected work you believe has been infringed; (2) the exact URL on buzzing.events where the material appears; (3) your contact details; (4) a statement confirming you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf. We will review the request and remove or block access to the identified content within 24–48 hours.
7. User-Generated Content
By submitting events or images, you confirm you hold the necessary rights or licences and grant buzzing.events a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and promote that content on the platform and its distribution channels.
8. Third-Party Content
The Service may display content and links from third-party sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content or for the practices of third-party websites. All event information should be verified directly with the official organiser.
9. Privacy and Newsletter
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. Subscription to the The Buzz Drop newsletter is voluntary; you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting hello@buzzing.events.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, buzzing.events is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including server outages or technical errors.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of València, Spain.
