Cenk Esen is a pianist, composer and producer born in Istanbul and based in London, whose music blends contemporary jazz, improvisation and influences from soul, electronic and experimental music. Raised in a family of musicians, he developed a distinctive musical voice that draws from both his Turkish roots and the diverse musical landscape of London. Graduated from the Global Jazz Institute of Berklee College of Music, Cenk studied with internationally renowned artists such as Danilo Pérez, John Patitucci, Terri Lyne Carrington, Dave Liebman and George Garzone.
